Approximately 1 hour of dry land learning from expert outfitters and 2 hour boat tour where you will learn about:

- Learn how to prepare and cast a fishing rod
- Proper fish handling
- Ontario fishing rules, regulations, and slot limits for the French River
- Water and fishing safety
- 1 hour of practice fishing time; we provide the equipment and promotional fishing licenses for youth (under 18)!
Day Two: Practice on your own with assistance as needed from expert guides. Hiking, basketball hoop, swimming, yard sports, pool table, games wildlife viewing, stargazing with telescope
Day Three: Practice casting, fishing, and proper handling of live fish for release.
Your stay and play – Our French River cottages are comfortable and fully equipped for those who enjoy preparing their own meals. Vacation at your own leisure while the cottages are supplied with essential kitchen supplies and utensils so you can self-cater and enjoy the freedom of the Canadian wilderness. Bedrooms are carpeted with electric heat to stay comfortable for your great Canadian outdoors adventure for the chilly days of spring or fall. Be sure to bring your own food, personal & dish towels, and toiletries. All fishing gear and tackle will be provided. Before you set out on your Northern experience in roofed accommodations in the French River Provincial Park grab your camera. Visit Ontario fishing regulations, people over 18 years of age, please purchase proper fishing licenses for fishing!

The package does not include a boat, motor, gas & bait. Bring your own boat or rent a canoe. Docking is just $13.00 per day extra (don’t forget your extension cord to charge your battery).
