DEPOSIT REQUIRED:
50% Housekeeping Packages – 33% American Plan Packages
$500.00 deposit for Bear Hunting Packages.
Rates subject to change without notice. (Tax, Gratuities, Licenses, Valet Parking, & Tackle not included).
Interac, Cheques, Apple Pay, Cash, Visa and Mastercard are Accepted.
Cancellation Policy: All items booked will be charged. Should it be necessary to cancel any or all of the items booked, the deposit less 25% of the items booked will be returned if WRITTEN cancellation is received by Bear’s Den Lodge 90 days prior to arrival date. Hunting Combo requires a 90 day prior notice with $300.00 cancellation fee applicable, under 90 days notice the deposit is non refundable. Guests are responsible for all damages.
